Position Title: Chef de Partie - Hot Section
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 5K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus one duty meal and monthly sharing tips

About the Client:
A Levant high end casual dining restaurant in Dubai specializing in Eastern Mediterranean cuisine based in Dubai.
Job Description:
• Execute precise cooking techniques for hot section dishes.
• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff in the hot section.
• Ensure consistent quality through taste tests and presentation checks.
• Manage inventory and control wastage in the hot section.
• Collaborate with other kitchen sections for smooth service operations
Salary:
AED
4,500 to 5,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Asian nationalities
• 45 years old and below
• At least 2 years’ experience in the same role within UAE, with exposure on Levant cuisines
