Chemical Stock Manager

Job description / Role

Managing chemical stock and managing warehouses facilities. This role will directly support our Logistics Manager and Customer Service for chemical imports. Employee will be accountable for monthly stock checks and filing of online Delivery Notes, so must be good in collecting required documents quickly.

Salary:
AED 7,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Full warehouse management experience (minimum 5 years), HS code verification, labeling and MSDS management, Must be -English, Urdu and Hindi speaking.
- Must be HSE Management & Safety certified and show examples of the application of segregation of chemicals.
- With an educational Degree in managing stocks of dangerous goods.
- Past certified training in ‘Dangerous Goods’ handling is also a pre-requirement.
- Must have excellent skills in Microsoft office, Word, Excel and using online ERP tools.
-Willing to work some weekends and extra hours as required to help optimize warehouse goods in/out.
- Fork Lift truck and driving license essential.
- Must demonstrate proven administrative ability and examples of 100% efficient document control and filing.
- Able to start immediately.
