Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving financial excellence, fostering growth, and ensuring the financial health of the organization.

Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's overall goals.
• Provide insights and recommendations to the executive team for key financial decisions.

Financial Management:
• Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Implement robust financial controls and risk management practices.

Investor Relations:
• Manage relationships with investors and stakeholders, providing transparent and timely financial reporting.
• Collaborate in fundraising activities and strategic partnerships.

Compliance and Governance:
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
• Implement and maintain strong corporate governance practices.

Strategic Planning:
• Contribute to the development and execution of the company's strategic initiatives.
• Assess and mitigate financial risks while identifying growth opportunities.

Team Leadership:
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mobile payment solutions and cryptocurrency markets.
• In-depth understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements in the UAE.
• Demonstrated success in strategic financial planning and execution.
