Job description / Role
• Trains and supervises kitchen stewards
• Enforces proper cleaning routines for service wares, equipment, floors, etc.
• Ensures that all materials, utensils and areas in the kitchen are inspected and cleaned properly according to standards
• Monitors and reports necessary repairs, replacement or maintenance in any equipment and facility in the kitchen
• Coordinates kitchen maintenance related concerns with the management at all times
• Ensures that the kitchen is well-stocked with all necessary cleaning and maintenance materials and equipment
Requirements
• Open to any nationals
• 40 years old and below
• High School Diploma or any equivalent field
• With at least 2 years of experience in the same role, preferably from casual/semi fine dining Turkish restaurant
• Must be proficient in English & customer service skills
• Candidates who can join in August 1 will be preferred
