Employment: Full Time

The company is a worldwide market leader in its field! It is a publically listed company with over twenty five years of experience in the industry.

This new role has been created due to the company’s exciting plan for growth in the coming decade and will be focussing leading this second part of the company’s strategy: expanding into new sectors of housing and construction.

Role

Take responsibility for the Company’s strategy, for all areas outside of the existing core business
Structure and manage the identification of potential partnerships and acquisitions that align with the company strategy
Ensure the smooth integration of partnerships and acquisitions into the company
Track the performance of partnerships and acquisitions, providing high-level support and action where necessary

Strong analytical and research capabilities
Pragmatic approach to complex and ambiguous challenges
Ability to unite and lead people towards a clear long term vision

To be considered for the role you must have/be:

Degree(s) preferably in engineering and/or business from leading universities
5+ years of management consulting or investment banking experience at a top tier institution
Experience of managing due diligence and acquisitions
Experience working in emerging markets
Knowledge of affordable housing and building technologies a strong bonus, especially if supported by a strong network of contacts
