The Company

Robert Half International is working on an exclusive basis with an international financial services company based in Dubai. Due to business growth, they are looking to recruit a CIO to head up the software development team.

The Role

* Lead and drive the strategy and vision of the technology team
* Manage 3rd party suppliers/ vendors
* Maintain and create tech team practices and ensure they adhere to regulatory standards
* Manage the day-to-date activities of the technology team
* Evaluate and identify multiple solution design options for a range of projects
* Assist other relevant depts in using technology efficiently
* Manage technology budgets

Requirements

The Candidate

* Proven experience as CIO or similar managerial role
* Excellent knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure
* SAP HANA experience
* Background in designing/developing IT systems and planning IT
* implementation
* Solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting and business
* operations
* Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities
* A strong strategic and business mindset
* Excellent organizational and leadership skills
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
* Strong organisational skills
* Fluent in English
