Our company Guildhall is a specialist Search, Headhunting & Recruitment Consultancy working in the Engineering & Construction sectors.
We act as a consultancy on behalf of a number of major Engineering & Construction companies.
Guildhalls Founders have been in GCC for the last 10 years, and due to demand a vacancy has now arisen for a Chinese speaking Account Coordinator.
Listed below are the duties and responsibilities however the position needs someone who can ‘Perceive, Understand and Judge’ a situation.
The role is to come onboard and coordinate administrative tasks such as:
- Identification of prospective clients
- Data Entry
- Introduction over the phone to new / existing clients
- Developing and maintaining relationships with existing / new clients
- Sending marketing via email out to our clients
- Translating (Chinese to English & English to Chinese)
- Arranging Interviews
- Chasing up on Invoices & Client Payments
- Occasional Meetings
Salary:
AED
5,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
We are operate a flexible working arrangement so that people are home-based, however we would like for someone to be available 3 mornings per week at our offices, whilst any other activities and work can be done from home.
PLEASE NOTE CANDIDATES WILL NEED TO BE ON A FAMILY VISA.
