Citrix Engineer

Job description / Role

• Design, Install, monitor and provide support of advanced functions of Citrix Systems and associated ecosystem and related applications directly or with the team.
• Taking responsibility for technical issues in the environment and providing problem resolution.
• Install and update Xenapp (a Citrix virtual app) farms, design and plan Citrix CVAD environments and develop the infrastructure that the Citrix farms run on .
• Responsible to deploy and design the Citrix infrastructure
• Good hands-on experience in both legacy (XA6.5 & PVS) and New Infra (XA1912.LTSR & MCS) Citrix.
• Setting Up Citrix Components like License Server, Delivery Controller, Receiver
• Setting Up XenDesktop Resources like Server/Desktop OS Master Image
• Configuring the Master Target Device, Creating Machine Catalog and Delivery group as per the requirement.
• Managing Citrix licensing & terminal services licensing and windows terminal server
• Responsible for managing multiple Clients Citrix Infrastructure
• Responsible to resolve all the technical issues for Citrix
• Creating and managing the HLD and LLD documents for the Citrix environment Involved in major escalations.
• Performing 3rd line administrative and technical duties to provide management & remediation for known issues.
• Taking responsibility for technical issues in the environment and providing problem resolution.
• Diagnose and repair system problems working closely with vendor support for all servers, software and other hardware directly or with the team members.
• Assist in defining, maintaining and monitoring compliance to Citrix related security and software policies for the business.

Min Bachelor of IT with 5 Years (Citrix environment)
Professional Certification: CCE-V,CC-EM
