Charterhouse is working exclusively with a renowned Italian Luxury Menswear brand that is opening a new store in Dubai Mall. Our client is looking to hire experienced Client Advisor, equipped with exceptional knowledge of luxury retail and acting as brand ambassadors.

This is a great opportunity for passionate luxury retail professionals to join an Italian Luxury Menswear brand renowned for its exquisite craftsmanship. The Client Advisor will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with high-end clientele, providing an unparalleled customer service to achieve sales goals and contribute to the business’ success. The role will require demonstrating in-depth product knowledge and offering personalised assistance to clients.

The Client Advisor will contribute to sales and revenue generation through proactive client outreach and will also participate in design and wellness focused events to attract new customers. Our client is looking to hire proactive go-getters with exceptional client relationship management and communication skills.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, successful candidates must have prior experience in luxury retail, preferably in fashion along with the demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets. Excellent communication skills in English are essential for this role, proficiency in Arabic will be an added advantage.
