Description:
This is a Contingent Staff role for the Global Client Contract Management (CCM) team which falls under the Client Support Services organization,
This position will act as contingent support for the Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa (CEMEA) Client Contract Management team.

Principal Responsibilities
• Managing the client incentive contract process for assigned contracts to ensure that contracts are developed according to the Global Client Incentive Operating Standard (GCIOS), are complete, accurate and have received appropriate reviews and approvals, as well as meeting all regulatory/audit requirements (eg Internal, SOX).
• Managing the Client digital product (such as Client Checkout, Client Digital Enablement Program and Client Developer Platform) contract process to ensure contracts are developed according to departmental SOP’s and meet all internal controls, audit and compliance requirements.
• Completing and delivering timely input to contract management tracking and reporting, to enable accurate recurring and ad hoc reporting for executive, senior management, internal clients and stakeholders.
• Working with cross functional stakeholder teams to identify opportunities to improve the CCM process and add value to our stakeholders and partners.
• Maintaining diligent records and documents associated with the contracts as needed to adequately meet all audit requirements.
• Managing the CEMEA Mailbox & workflow by distributing notifications and ad hoc contract related requests to the Country Contract Managers.
• Administering, analyzing, and reporting on all Customer Satisfaction Surveys for the CEMEA Contract Management team.
• Participating in special assignments and providing ad hoc support as required.
• Distributing contracts (pre and post signature) to appropriate parties.
• Act as primary backup contact for some CEMEA geographies as it relates to client contract requests.

Requirements

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Requires a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a customer support role in financial services, payment card, software or information services.
• Must be a self-starter with proven abilities in organizational, conceptual, and logical problem solving.
• Customer focus with proven ability to establish productive working relationships with staff and management at all levels.
• Ability to set priorities and manage customer expectations, and work both as part of a team and independently.
• Demonstrate ability to work in a complex organization to determine business and customer needs, providing the best solution to meet those needs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task under pressure and tight deadlines is an absolute must
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel (advanced proficiency), Word and Outlook
• Excellent communication skills - Fluent professional business English, both written and verbal, required. Arabic and Russian is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce a plus.
• Understanding of Client Payment Card Products and Services is a plus
