Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Coordinator to join our team in the finance industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating client services, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate client services and ensure the smooth delivery of financial products and services to meet client needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective and timely communication of client requirements and feedback.
- Assist in the preparation of client reports, presentations, and proposals as needed.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to provide support and gather feedback to improve services and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation to track client interactions and service delivery.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of client service strategies to enhance client retention and satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and challenges for clients.

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Proven experience in a client-facing role within the finance industry, with a strong understanding of financial products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple client relationships and tasks effectively.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other client management tools to maintain client records and track client interactions.
- A proactive and client-focused approach to identify and address client needs and provide exceptional service.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in additional languages such as Arabic would be an advantage.
