Job description / Role
An Client FM Coordinator is required for a client side role, duties to include;
• Participating in client strategic planning process
• Gathering, compiling and interpreting client solutions requirements and report to internal/external stakeholders
• Converting, composing and confer client's needs
• Directing internal cross-functional departments on client expectations
• Investigate and resolve job-related task issues
Requirements
• Minimum of 3-4 years GCC experience with a reputable FM company
• Diploma in Engineering
• CAFM / CMMS system experience is essential
• Knowledge of SAP is desirable
• Ensure client expectations are met through proper coordination
• Ability to gather, compile and interpret client requirements
• Aable to prepare reports with given data or through CAFM system
• Good command of English, written and verbal
Salary up to AED 4,000 + staff accommodation + food + benefits
