Client Manager (UAE National)

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Client Manager to join our Real Estate team in Dubai, UAE.

As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with expert advice and solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their real estate needs and preferences.
- Provide clients with expert advice and guidance on real estate investments, property management, and market trends.
- Negotiate and close real estate deals on behalf of clients, ensuring their best interests are represented.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to attract and retain clients.
- Stay updated on the local real estate market trends, property regulations, and industry best practices.

Requirements

- UAE National with a strong understanding of the local real estate market and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and market knowledge, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth.
- Knowledge in CRM software.
