Position Title: Client Relations Executive
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 10,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
One of the UAE’s largest and most trusted businesses setup firm that has been in the market since 2010 offering value-added services to help their clients sustain and grow their businesses.
Job Role:
• Manage clients’ journey through the renewal process
• Follow up on payments on all unrenewed/AWOL clients
• Always develop customer loyalty through exceptional customer service and rewarding long-standing customers with the benefit
• Answers phone calls and all other types of communication such as SMS, WhatsApp, etc.
• Maintain accurate customer contact records within Zoho CRM – Website, social media page, number of visas in the company, business activity, issues that have arisen
Requirements
• Open to EUROPEAN and ARABIC candidates
• Male/Female, 45 years and below,
• Bachelor’s degree in any related field, Master’s Degree is an advantage
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar role, preferably in the business setup industry
• Knowledgeable in business setup industry (Mainland and DED)
• Proven track of record in the renewal process and client management
• Fluent in English, oral and written with exceptional negotiation skills
• UAE driver’s license holder is an advantage
