Job description / Role
Vincitore Real Estate Development is looking for Client Relationship Manager. The company has a very strong work ethic and we believe in providing all the necessary tools to our staff to ensure they can be successful and achieve their goals.
Your role as a Property Consultant is to actively source new business and to develop and maintain existing clients. The main function of your role is to be an active client relationship manager and you will be required to source buyers, investors to assess and to commit them to requested transactions. Everything we practice is in line with the rules and regulations of RERA, the governing body of real estate in Dubai.
Actively promote the companies services- Sell property- Maintain regular contact with investors, owners to find new opportunities and assess existing ones. Attend property viewings with prospective buyers - Keep up to date with UAE Real Estate market, property laws, competitors and marketing activities. Provide excellent customer service - Achieve sales targets set by the company
Requirements
Excellent English communication skills. Valid UAE Driver’s License (or your own countries license as long as legal to drive in Dubai). Previous real estate sales experience in Dubai. Negotiation skills. Knowledge of Dubai. Highly motivated and goal orientated. A passion to succeed. Ability to communicate in other languages will be an additional bonus.
