Position Title: Client Renewal Advisor
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 8,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualification
Job location: Sharjah, UAE

About the Client:
The hiring company is a prominent Business Set Up consultancy in Sharjah handling all type of licenses for businesses in the region

Job Role:
- Generating and managing renewal inquiries from different sources like phone calls, emails, chats, walk-in clients
- Following up with existing clients and updating status on the CRM (ZOHO)
- Educating clients with information related to amendments, activities, eligibilities, free zones rules, terms and conditions
- Following up all renewal clients by phone call and emails
- Keeping in touch with Channel Partners to make sure that the relationship with the Free zone is good
- Achieving monthly renewal targets
- Providing a monthly report on the number of renewals vs opportunities
- Coordinating between Compliance team and the Operations Team to facilitate clients’ requirements
- Maintaining high conversion rates
- Providing straight forward, transparent and accurate information related to the requirements of the client
- Preparing reports as required and/or requested by the line manager

Requirements

Requirements:
- Male/Female, 35 years old and below
- Open to Arabic and European nationals
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in client relations
- Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
