Client Services Manager

Job description / Role

Our Financial Services Client is seeking a highly experienced Client Services Manager to lead the Client Services department in Dubai. The job will entail visiting brokerages to maintain a presence in the market when required, communicating regularly with senior consultants in the field to build rapport and ascertain any issues they may have with PAS, provide training to your team on new products and customer service levels. You will be setting targets for the team and setting individual KPI’s and managing the productivity of the team and ensure that the team is meeting their KPI’s every month whilst monitoring and reviewing the team’s performance and taking corrective actions if required.

Requirements

You will have 5 - 10 years' Financial industry experience with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Planning & organisational skills are essential with a proven track record of effectively managing a team previously. You will be ambitious, motivated & enthusiastic with the ability to handle pressure and accounts. If you are trustworthy, confident & have a winning attitude you will succeed in this role and be rewarded accordingly. CII / CISI Certifications are desirable along with a university degree.
