Job description / Role
Client Support Executives are responsible for assisting sales team in capturing new leads.
• Answering leads that enter through Chinese LiveChat.
• Answering inbound calls to address concerns.
• Executing outbound calls:calling back leads within 3 minutes after receiving the query via email/message/other medium.
• Interacting with Salesforce, Virtuzone’s CRM system to ensure payments are received and updating license progress fields.
• Checking license applications for inconsistencies, typing errors, dates and against checklist.
• Acting as mediator between Company Formation Specialists and Chinese Clients
• Communicating with Chinese clients once the license is issued regarding the collection of documents
• Special project execution for example customer surveys, data entry, data cleaning.
Requirements
• Strong desire for self-improvement,
• Critical thinking with the ability to identify issues and implement changes that will result in company savings in both time, man power and finances.
• Experience with SalesForce is preferable
• Microsoft and Excel skills
• Highest standards of accuracy and precision and highly organized
• Excellent analytical skills and solution driven approach
• Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Ability to think creatively, highly-driven, and self-motivated
• Flexible and capable of working in dynamic work environment
