• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.

• Deliver clear and concise communication to clients regarding our services and solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline communication channels.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement in client support processes.

Requirements

• Previous experience in client support or a related field is preferred with leadership experience .
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to articulate complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
• Demonstrate empathy and understanding towards client needs.
• Strive to exceed client expectations and build lasting relationships.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and support systems.
