Clinical Specialist - ICU Furniture required for a Multinational Medical Device principle, based in Dubai to help drive sales of ICU products in the assigned territory by providing clinical expertise, education, and supporting the activities of Sales Manager and Distributors.

Description
• Clinical Specialist - ICU Furniture will help drive sales of ICU products in the assigned territory by providing clinical expertise, education, and supporting the activities of Sales Manager and Distributors. The incumbent will work in close collaboration with local partners and regional marketing to implement the agreed sales strategy and brand positioning for products and solutions.
• Understand and articulate in detail the functionality/clinical benefits to patients and care givers of each assigned product line while offering an economic benefit to the hospital
• Responsible for improving the product knowledge and clinical competency of local team and business partners through consultancy, product expertise and training
• Responsible for product demonstrations, sales training support as well as Clinical Seminars/Symposium organisation, execution and follow up
• Instruct clinical staff in the use of the products to ensure adherence with product protocols and safety standards
• 50-70% travel required
Job Offer
• 18,000-29,000 AED / month + family benefits + bonus
Requirements
Clinical Specialist - ICU Furniture requires:
• ICU Nursing background
• Commercial Acumen, ideally with experience as a clinical applications specialist or clinical support consultant for a Medical Device company
• Excellent communicator, with experience delivering training to clinical staff
• Fluent professional English language skills
• Able to travel in line with role requirements across the region.
