Cluster Support Specialist & Administrative Support - Gulf & Leena

Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization*s financial and tactical business objectives. Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes.

Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Global Business Operations, Finance, Support, Deal management, Legal, Marketing, Business Development, HR, and other cross department LOBs in an effort to ensure accurate and timely business processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding forecasting, actuals, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.


Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. The main tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to forecasting and system data accuracy, booking follow up and support, territory planning and account allocations, focal point of contact for all operational support to the sales team and administrative/assistant support to Regional Sales Director.

The role requires a hands-on person with the ultimate goal of 'getting things done' and high understanding of business and sense of responsibility, with a good sense of priorities and able to work in an 'urgency' mode, person unafraid to take initiative and who is a problem solver. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format, attention to detail critical, strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with management, follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected, excellent knowledge of Oracle's ecosystem, an extensive network, and/or the ability to create and support this network, excellent knowledge of Oracle's tools and processes or the capability of assimilating quickly.
