Position Title: Collections Officer
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: Up to 7K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A Dubai based international shipping vessel agency servicing MENA region

Job Description:
• Work on debt collection back-office function from customers from 13 countries in West and Central Africa, centralized in Dubai office through following up via phone, email or letters as needed.
• Managing the company's accounts receivable by analyzing customer payment trends and developing strategies to reduce outstanding debts.
• Communicating with internal departments to ensure that customer accounts are up-to-date and accurate.
• Coordinating with collection agencies or attorneys to pursue delinquent accounts, as necessary.
• Preparing reports on accounts receivable status and debt collections progress for management.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Open to Eastern European and CIS nationalities
• Female, 25 to 40 years old
• At least 2 years of experience as a Collections Officer or related role
• Fluent in English and French language
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to solve collection issues
