Global Laboratory Outsourcing company who provide lab services to the medical industry are seeking a Commercial Director to manage all commercial (sales, marketing) efforts including direct to Hospital and Healthcare provider sales and customer care teams.

Description
Commercial Director - laboratory outsourcing services will initially manage sales (direct sales and call centre) and marketing teams based from the Dubai office and covering the Middle East region.
For direct sales, the Commercial Director will be responsible for increasing overall business from clinical professional referrals by utilizing their clinical contact network and increasing awareness of the company and any other duties required to ensure the business successfully grows in the region.
Over time the position will evolve with wider business management demands.
Job Offer
Target fixed salary package (Basic, housing, transport) of 35,000 AED / month total plus performance bonus incentive Additional benefits -flights, medical.
Requirements
To apply, the Commercial Director - Laboratory Outsourcing Services must:
* Be a Regional Sales / Commercial specialist with 5+ years experience in a senior management position. Experience needs to either be in Medical Device product sales / Lab outsourcing sales (Candidates working for Multinational Medical Device manufacturers ideal)
* Proven track record of commercial management, hitting sales targets and delivering growth. Experience in P&L management is ideal.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, including public speaking, presentation and writing skills in both English and Arabic
* Dubai-based with the ability to frequently travel.
