Job description / Role
One of our clients is a leading MEP Contractor in the UAE and they have a requirement for a Commercial Manager. The position is a senior one as you will be reporting directly in the CEO and the Directors. You will be the Commercial representative for Main Contractors, Clients and Consultants on behalf of the MD and the Directors.
Requirements
We require someone who has good experience leading a small team, from a QS background with lots of MEP experience. You should have at least 5 years MEP experience in the GCC, if you have worked in Dubai that will be advantageous. Overall you should have around 20 years experience. Project experience should be Commercial and Residential although other similar experience will also be considered. Overall we are looking for someone who can lead, who is sound contractually and ensure commercial viability of the projects.
