Our client is the Contracting arm of a well-established holding company in the UAE. They have opened up a new position for Commercial Manager to join them. They have considerable experience with Commercial and Residential projects in Dubai, projects over $100 million in value.
Requirements
The Commercial Manager position is one for an experience Commercial professional, ideally someone working in a Senior QS / Managing QS / Commercial Manager Role at the moment. You will be working in a large team of around 200 people with a labour force of 3000. You will be leading the Commercial Team and reporting into the General Manager. You must be proficient not just contractually but with administration and be able to demonstrate leadership qualities. You will be coordinating both the Quantity Surveying department and helping grow the Commercial team. This position calls for someone with at least 10 years’ experience with good knowledge of Commercial and Residential projects in the GCC. Salary is competitive for Dubai.
