Job description / Role
• To handle the commercial division expertise in commercial management budgeting cost control estimation quantity surveying contracts and sub-contracting management commercial reporting preparation and settlement of final account preparation and submission of claims etc

• At least 10 years in similar designation within a main contracting company
• Previous Experience in Mixed Use development, hospitality, real estate projects will be an advantage
• The incumbent should have demonstrated experience in contracts management, budgeting, cost planning, etc. as per standard role requirements; experience in both buildings & infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
