Commercial Manager

Job description / Role

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Commercial Manager to work for a main contractor based in the UAE.

They are looking for a candidate with large Buildings/Residential/Luxury Villas or high-rise projects experience with a main contractor in the Middle East. The role will be assigned to a single project and you will be reporting in to the Group Commercial Director.

The client is looking for a candidate with experience of running AED 800 million plus projects.

Salary:
AED 55,000 to 70,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- B.Sc in Quantity surveying
- 15 years with a Civil Contracting Company in the Commercial Department.
- Minimum 5 years Middle Eastern Experience
- Most prefer "Native English Speaker" or "Westerns Educated" candidates who willing to relocate to UAE.
