Commercial Manager - Leisure

Job description / Role

Develop and commercialize the Leisure division i.e. Lifestyle, Private Journey and Scenic Air Tours

Responsible for:
- Strategic Planning
- Product Development
- Pricing
- Distribution
- Team management

Requirements

- Experience for about 6-7 years in Tourism or Travel
- Strong commercial experience in DMC set up (eg.: Sr. Manager Commercial DMC)
- Should be able to build strategy, develop and oversee product development and launch in market including distribution
- Responsible for P/L (Middle-East and Asia):
- High end luxury holidays
- Tours and excursions
- Able to build and oversee development of ITO network
- Oversee direct sales and through websites
- Able to manage teams locally and remotely
- Should be able to travel internationally, as required
