Position Title: Commi – Pastry
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 3K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus tips and quarterly incentives

About the Client:
The client is one of the leading retails and franchise operations company based in the Middle East.
Job Role:
• Accurately measuring meal ingredients for the Chef de Partie
• Receiving deliveries and verifying that all ordered items have been delivered and are of good quality
• Taking inventory of restaurant supplies and notifying the supervisor of low or depleted supplies
• Discarding all expired and spoiled food items stored in the stock rooms, refrigerators, and freezers
• Performing basic cleaning duties and ensuring that workstations are properly sanitized
• Plating and presenting meal items as per the Chef de Partie’s instructions
Requirements
Requirements:
• Open to Asian nationals
• Male, 43 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in relevant field
• At least 2 years of experience in Pastry in an F&B establishment and hotel
• Experience in International cuisine is highly preferable
• Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
• Can join immediately is a must
