Position Title: Commis Chef ( Butchery)
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 1.5K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation, transportation, meals and uniform
Job location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
The hiring company is a Dubai based, No 1 Leisure club for gold in the region
Job Role:
• Preparation and service of hot and cold dishes, responsibility for the section, carrying out ordering and stock rotation where necessary
• Ensure full liaison with other members of the section and the Kitchen team
• Lead and support the junior member of the team
• Perform daily data collection and reporting of issues as they arise
• Support of Departmental objectives
• Project a pleasant and positive professional image to all contacts at all times
• Diligence in prevention of wastage
• Thorough support of and updating the training manual
Requirements
Requirements:
• Male, 45 years old and below
• Diploma in any relevant certification
• At least 2 years of experience in the same role in Food Manufacturing and Butchery Department
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Open to candidates who can join Immediately
