Position Title: Commis Chef
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 4K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Abu Dhabi UAE
About the Client:
A well-known specialty coffee shop with multiple outlets in the region
Job Description:
• Assist the chefs in the kitchen in preparing and cooking dishes
• Prepare daily mis-en-place and food production in different sections of the kitchen
• Measure and mix ingredients according to established recipe cards and methods
• Participate in ensuring that the work section is kept clean and in orderly fashion
• Prepare basic dishes and assists the chefs in a fast phase daily setting
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open for Asian and Arabic nationals
• 40 years old and below
• At least 3 years minimum experience on the same role
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
