Job Description:
• Assist in the preparation and production of a diverse range of bakery items, including bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts, while adhering to established recipes and techniques.
• Ensure precise measurement, proper handling, and inventory control of bakery ingredients, minimizing wastage and maintaining adequate stock levels.
• Monitor and manage baking temperatures and timings, exhibiting expertise in operating various baking equipment to achieve optimal results for different baked goods.
• Uphold stringent standards of food quality and presentation, conducting routine inspections to ensure consistency and compliance with recipes and visual standards.
• Adhere strictly to UAE health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in all aspects of food preparation, storage, and kitchen operations.

Salary: up to 4K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A high-end casual dining restaurant, based in Dubai.
Qualifications:
• Open to Asian nationals
• 38 years old and below
• Previous experience working as a Commis Chef or in a related role with a focus on bakery items, preferably within the UAE culinary industry
• Culinary qualifications or certifications from a recognized institution would be advantageous
• Proficiency in baking techniques, pastry-making, and comprehensive knowledge of various baking equipment commonly used in professional kitchens
