Job description / Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Commis Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team of Lebanese Restaurant in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and vibrant hospitality environment, contributing to the creation of exceptional culinary experiences for our guests. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to the menu and recipes provided
- Assist in the creation and innovation of new dishes and menu items
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Contribute to the efficient and effective functioning of the kitchen
- Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies and ingredients
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations

Salary:
AED 2,500 to 3,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Commis Chef or similar role in a hospitality setting
- Culinary certification or relevant training from a recognized institution
- Passion for food and cooking with a strong knowledge of culinary techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and creativity in food presentation
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a culinary career
