Summary
- Provides exceptional guest service at all times. Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
- Ensures that all company minimum brand standards have been implemented.
- sets up the assigned section of the Kitchen as efficiently as possible to increase speed and productivity
- Ensures that all dishes from that section are prepared consistently and according to standard recipes.
- Work closely with other employees in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall
- Ensure to adhere to the specified Hygiene standards at all times.
Requirements
Qualifications
We are looking preferably looking for local UAE candidates with:
- 1 year work experience as Commis Chef with specialization in pastry skills.
About the Company
Hyatt was founded by Jay Pritzker in 1957 when he purchased the Hyatt House motel adjacent to the Los Angeles International Airport. Over the following decade, Jay Pritzker and his brother, Donald Pritzker, working together with other Pritzker family business interests, grew the company into a North American management and hotel ownership company, which became a public company in 1962.
