Job description / Role
- Assisting Executive Chef and other senior chef
- Prepare meals for ala carte or buffet
- Expected to comply with hygiene policies
- Accepting store deliveries
- Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and control
- Control food cost and food stock.
- Ensure the quality of food items.
Requirements
- With experience in hospitality industry in UAE
- With proven culinary skills
- Can communicate in English
- Flexible in working schedule
- Can start immediately
- Dynamic and creative
- With good grooming standards and hygiene
