Job Description
Alba Partners is actively hiring a Communications Manager. We are currently looking for a Communications Manager with a minimum of 3 years experience. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about creating an impact in the communications management space and has the ability to contribute to the culture and strategic direction of our young but rapidly growing company.

Core responsibilities:
• Communication Calendar: Establish and maintain a detailed communications calendar for the CIO, including key events, meetings, speaking engagements, and other commitments.
• Briefing Managing, and delivering transformational change engagements for leading organisations in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

• Pack Creation: Develop comprehensive briefing packs and materials for the CIO's upcoming engagements, ensuring all necessary information, data, and talking points are included.
• Engagement Preparation: Work closely with the CIO to ensure he is fully prepared for all engagements, providing necessary background information, context, and logistical support.
• Note-taking: Attend meetings, conferences, and other engagements with the CIO to take detailed notes and capture action items, decisions, and follow-up tasks.
• Follow-up Support: Assist the CIO in managing post-engagement follow-up activities, including task tracking, communication with stakeholders, and ensuring timely completion of commitments.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration on behalf of the CIO.
• Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Additional responsibilities:
• Work directly with client stakeholders (including C-level)
• Create and deliver industry offerings to help solve our client’s challenges, and support client discussions on these offerings
• Develop industry expertise and points of view

Key requirements:
• A track record in consultancy, where you have been delivering communication management initiatives
• A proven ability to successfully build trusted relationships with clients
• Excellent consulting, presentation and problem-solving skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit and growth mindset
• Ability to deal with uncertainty and comfortable working across different sectors/industries/geographies and facing multiple challenges
• Previous experience in consulting is essential (Big 6 consultancy experience only)
