Community Manager - DLP (Defect Liability Period)

Job description / Role

This role will work closely with the Community Management Leadership to ensure effective management and resolution of defects in the Defects Liability period (DLP) for the assigned portfolio of asset, delivering company’s vision.

Your role will be supporting business objectives, assisting on defects management/ defect liability period operations (DLP), foster customer relationships, and provide guidance and governance on community management operations supporting management of company’s new/ existing projects.

- Implement long-term community engagement strategies for the projects, using well-planned service charge model, rate-card services promotion, and approach of innovative concepts and ideas
- Lead the development and implementation of the Master Community Service Charge model
- Implement Total Facilities Management (TFM) strategy for Master Community Services, including contract management, governance, and efficient operations, ensuring proficient delivery of scope and specifications

Requirements

- Required Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Facilities Management, Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical), or related fields
- Additional accredited Community Management (DLP) related technical training certifications is an added value
- 7+ years of experience within Community Management industry (including knowledge of Community Management operations, working with a PMC/ Contractor) with at least 4+ years in the UAE
