Employment: Full Time

Our client is a well known Business Setup and PRO Services provider, seeking an Operations Manager to join the organisation on a permanent basis.

You will be responsible to provide Operational and Management control over the Company Set-up processing department.

Job Description:
The role will be responsible for operating, providing and implementing the various Operations/Logistical and Administration functions of the company in support of the services supplied to clients.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Plan, direct and coordinate organization’s operations
• Improve performance, productivity and profitability
• Implement effective methods and strategies
• Staff management
• Administration
• Training and Development

UAE Laws and Visa Requirements:

• Manage the processes in relation to Company Set-up -related documentation.
• Take full responsibility for updating Company Set-up database to track and follow up ongoing activities.
• Prepare all necessary documentation for the PRO and Administration department and monitor to ensure tasks are completed within required timeframes.
• Advise on Company Set-up -related travel restrictions and regulations, procedures and updates on government regulations and initiatives related to Company Set-up issues and Emiratization.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you will have:

• 10 years’ experience as an Operations/Logistical and Administration manager or similar
• Experience in using CRM or Operations Systems (examples – Oracle, SAP etc)
• Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft windows environment. Must include Excel and demonstrable skills in database management and record keeping
• Excellent knowledge of UAE employment laws and practices
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills (Arabic would be beneficial)
• Demonstrable organizational, interpersonal and coaching skills
• Experience in managing individuals within a team
• UAE experience

You will also have strong verbal and written communication skills and the proven ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
