Our clients, a leading global boutique strategy house specializing in risk and corporate performance management are looking for compensation and benefit experts for a short project engagement for 3 months in Dubai, UAE.
Requirements
- Possess tremendous intellectual ability, and excellent analytical skills with the capability to perform sophisticated hypothesis-driven analyses.
- Highly number savvy and number oriented.
- Creativity is highly encouraged.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Professional integrity, strong work ethics and discretion.
Experience requirements:
- Compensation and benefits experience in real estate development, retail and investments
- Outlining a pay-out model based on KPI achievements.
- Previous experience in target setting and balanced scorecard
