Compensation & Benefits Manager

Job description / Role

Our client, one of the leading Financial Institutions, is looking for an experienced HR professional to join their Dubai based team in the capacity of Compensation and Benefits Manager.

Amongst others your responsibilities will include:
- Provide support to the payroll officer for all payroll enquiries.
- Act as a point of contact for all queries, compensation and benefits related.
- Analyse the organisations pay structure through job evaluation and propose further recommendation for any salary change.
- Compile statistical reports on remuneration and benefits and conduct external market review on packages when requested.
- Develop and manage effective working relationships with internal business partners by assessing business need on compensation and benefits and provide initiative where required.
- Support the local and regional HR teams at all times where necessary.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in finance, business management, HR or related field
- Excellent communication skills, fluent, verbal and written English required
- A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in HR administration with a strong emphasis on C&B management
- Extensive knowledge of HR and local laws
- Proven track record of implementing and delivering of salary structures and remuneration solutions
