Job description / Role
- Assists in the implementation of compensation and benefit policies, processes and initiatives
- Assists in Job Evaluations for new and existing positions
- Ensures C&B related databases are maintained, accurate and up-to-date and coordinates the annual salary review process
- Assists participation in regular salary & compensation surveys
- Prepares and analyses and interprets remuneration and benefits data and increase proposals.
- Compiles salary reports and assists in compilation of salary and benefit statistical reports.
- Provides recommendations on improvements to the current system, policies and procedures and provides regular status updates on C&B activities.
Requirements
Graduates / Post Graduates in HR (Comp & Ben course specialisation) with minimum 3 years' C&B specialist work experience within medium or large sized companies, preferably in the UAE.
