About Us: Apparel Group is a leading retail organization in Dubai, committed to delivering excellence in the fashion and beauty industry. We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Compliance - Executive with regulatory affairs experience to join our team.

Job Summary: As a Compliance Executive - Regulatory Affairs, you will play a key role in ensuring that our cosmetic products adhere to the regulatory standards set by relevant government bodies. The ideal candidate will have a scientific work background, educational qualifications in a related field, and preferably 1 year or less of experience in the cosmetic industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for cosmetic products,
• Documentation and Submissions: Prepare and submit necessary documentation to relevant government bodies for product registrations and approvals.
• Product Labeling: Collaborate with product development teams to ensure accurate and compliant product labeling based on regulatory standards.
• Monitoring Changes: Stay abreast of changes in regulations and standards related to cosmetics in the GCC, and implement necessary adjustments to maintain compliance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, quality assurance, and legal, to align compliance efforts with business goals.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field, preferably in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related discipline.
• 1 year or less of experience in the cosmetic industry, with a focus on regulatory affairs and compliance.
• Experience with regulatory bodies such as SASO, SFDA, Montaji and MOIAT.
• Strong understanding of cosmetic regulations and standards in the GCC.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage and organize regulatory documentation.
