Description
* Establish and maintain an efficient legal compliance program
* Develop and revise existing organisation policies
* Inform senior management on the organisation's compliance with legislations
* Formulate action plans to mitigate compliance violations
* Conduct audits on company procedures and practices periodically to assess potential risks or weaknesses in existing controls
* Keep employees up to date with all compliance regulations and subsequently, address any concerns that they might have
* Formulate best practices to streamline business activities and foster a continuous development environment
