Job Description:

We are inviting applications for the role of Concept Design Architect, from individuals with a passion for creating ground-breaking architectural designs and a history of working on resort hotels, urban masterplans, high-rise buildings, and island masterplans. The ideal candidate (Preferably Western candidates or have Western education and international companies experience) will possess a combination of creative flair and practical architectural knowledge, with an emphasis on sustainable and forward-thinking design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop concept designs for a variety of projects including resort hotels, high-rise buildings, and island masterplans.
- Engage with clients to translate their vision and requirements into innovative architectural concepts.
- Perform site evaluations, feasibility studies, and environmental impact assessments.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a seamless integration of various design aspects.
- Prepare compelling presentations and proposals for clients and stakeholders.
- Stay informed about current trends in architecture, focusing on the hospitality, Residential and urban development sectors.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and design team members.

Requirements

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in architectural design, with a strong background in resort hotels, high-rise buildings, and master planning.
- A portfolio demonstrating previous work in relevant fields.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, 3Ds Max, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles.
