Job Description
- Generate direct office tours for TFG hotel investment and Aria vacation ownership.
- Promote and sell activities, tours, travel packages, beach access, and car rental to hotels guests.
- Selling Dubai lifestyle holidays packages.
- Serve as a representative for TFG, portraying a positive image of the company.
- Provide accurate information to hotels guests about TFG products and services.
- Offer TFG's in-house guests exclusive preferential care and ensuring their needs are met while assisting with any inquiries they may have.
- Assist hotel guests by providing information about local attractions, tours, and activities.
- Arrange and confirm bookings for tours, excursions, activities, beach access, and car rental ensuring guests receive necessary tickets or vouchers.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of local attractions, landmarks, and cultural experiences to provide accurate information and suggestions to guests.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with tour operators and excursion providers.
- Address and resolve guest concerns, questions, or issues related to tours, excursions, or any other service promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions.
Requirements

- Should have excellent selling and promotional skills.
- Should be Bilinual English AND Arabic or French.
- Ability to meet & exceed sales targets.
- Strong customer service skills, understanding client's needs and maintain strong relationships with clients.
