Job description / Role
We are looking for an GCC experienced Head of Construction Delivery for a Developer to oversee the delivery of major development programs.
You will have at least 15 years experience working clientside and have a Bachelor degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction or relevant Engineering degree.
You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Construction Managers who will oversee project delivery, managing all contractors and sub contractors as well as monitoring cost, schedule, quality, and regulation compliance.
Requirements
You will have experience in:
- Experienced in delivery high quality projects across various segments (i.e. mixed use developments, residential, retail, hospitality, leisure, offices).
- Deep understanding of contracting or construction management.
- Working for a Developer in the GCC.
