Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with an elite global law firm that is looking to hire a Construction Disputes Solicitor with c.2 – 4 years pqe + to join its high profile practice. You will be assisting the market leading Partners and broader team in the conduct of high value construction matters in the UAE and across the broader Middle East.
This role will be to work closely with the lead Partner and Senior Lawyers in both the Dubai, other Middle East and international offices in relation to undertaking a broad mix of construction litigation and arbitration work. The matters and client the team / firm are involved with are the high profile / value disputes across the region.
As a Junior Lawyer relocating from the UK or Australia, there are enhanced opportunities to gain excellent experience and play a key role in small teams, with greater client access than in domestic markets.
The successful candidate should be a Common Law, UK / US / Australian etc. admitted Solicitor with c.2-4 years PQE high quality construction disputes and arbitration experience gained at leading legal directories rated law firm.
The firm is looking for an ambitious and able Lawyer who is currently based in the UAE or looking to relocate from London, Sydney, NZ etc. Excellent global law firm remuneration, income tax free on offer to attract a high calibre individual.
