Construction Disputes Solicitor 5 PQE +

Charterhouse is working with a global law firm who is looking to hire a Construction Lawyer with c.5 – 9 PQE to join its existing team in Dubai, UAE. As part of a small team, you will undertake mostly contentious construction work, in relation to high profile matters and clients.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading law firm, as a key part of its Middle East offering based in Dubai where the firm is well established with a good market share and high profile client base.

Requirements

The successful candidate should be a UK or Common Law qualified solicitor with at least 5 years’ experience relating to back end construction legal work. You should also have experience playing a lead role in relation to both litigation and arbitration dispute resolution matters. Our client is open to candidates on the ground in the Middle East or open to relocate from the UK, Australia, New Zealand etc.
