Job description / Role
Main Contractor in Dubai require a Construction Manager with High-Rise experience, for a new high-profile job in Downtown Dubai.
This is a new project that was recently secured. It's a 1.5 Billion AED, 40+ Storey development that features Residential, Hotel units and office space.
They already have a Project Manager in place as well as strong Delivery, Commercial and Design teams. They now just require a Construction Manager to work under the PM and manage this project through from start to finish.
Requirements
- Must have High rise experience of 40+ storey working as a Construction Manager for a Contractor.
- Must have delivered projects from start-finish.
- Experience working in the Middle East essential
- Relevant degree in Civil Engineering / Architectural Engineering
- They are looking for a hands-on leader, NOT a back-office Engineer
- They are looking for an Arabic National for this role.
