Job description / Role
Our client is a medium sized developer that specialise in developing iconic hospitality projects across the globe. They have delivered some of the most prestigious hospitality projects in the region, and are currently looking to expand their construction team due to a high work load going into 2019.
The successful Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing high end finishes and refurbishments on an iconic hospitality project, reporting directly into the Head of Projects. The Construction Manager will be responsible for all post contract activities relating to construction activities.
Salary:
AED
25,000 to 30,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
The successful Construction Manager will need to meet the following criteria:
• 5-10 years’ experience
• 2+ years’ UAE experience
• Hospitality projects
• Previous experience working for a top tier developer / PMC
• A proven track record delivering projects from inception to completion
• Stable work history
• Hold a relevant industry degree
